I have a SBS2008 server and a Server 2008 R2 terminal server. I had gone through the knowledge base several times and had deleted the MSLicensing key from the registry. I did notice only some of the users were getting this error. Windows 7 users. Adding the the RWW site to the Windows 7 clients trusted sites in IE was my solution. Hope this works for others.

I think the local port exception string will be this (if you are lazy and just want to copy and paste)

135:*:*:Enabled:(or whatever you want to call it. remove this and the "")

The above solution works if you are on an Acitve Directory domain.
If you are trying to access your computer, and you are not on a domain then you need to add the exceptions to your local machines firewall. Then when you try to access your computer from another machine on the network you will need to authenticate to access resources on the machine.

You either run this script by getting a user to click on it. Or alternatively you could run it in your startup scripts.
Personally I have it set up in group policy so that when a user logs on it runs automatically.
